About the event

"Kim Severson, a New York Times correspondent who covers the nation’s food culture, explored the nation’s dining scene from multiple perspectives with leading California chefs Dominique CrennTanya Holland and Reem Assil. They looked at the latest food trends in the Bay Area, labor and wage issues, the sea change in kitchens inspired by the #MeToo movement and more. Ms. Severson was part of the Times team that won a Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for reporting on workplace sexual harassment. She covered food and culture for six years at the San Francisco Chronicle before joining The Times."

A big thank you to The Times and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts for allowing us to record the event. Listen to the full recording below.
