Since the summer of 2020, we have been creating content for the Simplot Food Group. The goal of their content is to reach their target audience of independent restaurant owners, chefs, and kitchen managers. We developed a social media strategy, manage the monthly social media content, and write blog and e-book content — all keeping in mind the target audience.
